Dr Matias Yudi

Dr Matias Yudi is a General & Interventional Cardiologist at Epworth Richmond, Warringal Private Hospital and the Austin Hospital.
Matias graduated from the University of Queensland Medical School in 2007. He completed Cardiology Advanced Training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. In 2014, he became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Following this, Matias underwent two years of subspecialty training in Interventional Cardiology at Austin Health prior to travelling to New York City to complete a Fellowship in Structural Heart Disease Intervention at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital. Upon his return to Australia he has been appointed as a Consultant Cardiologist at Austin Health and is the clinical lead of the Structural Heart Disease Program.
Matias has published extensively and his manuscripts have been featured in some of the world’s top cardiology journals. He was awarded scholarships from the National Health and Medical Research Council and National Heart Foundation to undertake his PhD on “Optimising Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes” through the University of Melbourne.
